1st Annual Festival of Wreaths

    Wander through an exhibit of handmade wreaths and table centerpieces with Holiday and Winter themes. Each piece is part of a silent auction that benefits Ottawa Library's Capital Improvement Fund. The silent auction will start on Nov. 20th and will wrap up with a Holiday Reception on Friday, Dec. 6th at 6pm. We will enjoy each other's company with delicious refreshments and punch.
